I have read of the health benefits of Akkermansia and the addition of Lactobacillus is a plus. I have been taking Astaxanthin for a while and it's convenient that it is already in this product. I have read Akkermansia helps prevent "leaky gut". I hope to keep taking this product for its age related benefits for the brain.

I don’t like having to take multiple times daily but didn’t give the feeling of indigestion. Maybe constipation .

I've only been taking this Akkermansia supplement for just over a week, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my digestive regularity. I even feel a subtle increase in my overall energy levels.

Let me start by saying I have a ton of allergies and don't have regular bathroom times. I'm lucky if I go twice a week. I've been using Akkermansia for 10 days and have had no itchy skin, hives or such. That is awesome. My reason for 4 stars is that it hasn't done anything for helping regulate my bathroom times. It has subsided food noise which again is great.

The first day or two I really didn't feel anything. Was kind of wondering if it worked any, but then my appetite started to dramatically drop. And when I would eat I would feel full much, much sooner. 100%, I'm a big dude and I like to eat, so here's an example: we had chili dogs the other night and I love chili dogs with a burning passion, and normally I usually eat around 4.... I know that's bad. So knowing that my appetite had went down and I was getting full a lot faster, I made two hot dogs I hadn't had much to eat that day so I figured I could at least get those two down. I ate one hot dog and I was already starting to feel full but I had already made the other hot dogs so I went ahead and polished that bad boy off but I was full, full. I easily could have stopped at one. That's definitely one of the biggest pros of this medicine is it helps me not overeat. And another thing is I don't have cravings nearly as bad. Yeah they're there but their volumes turn down to like a two or three instead of a 10. I find it much easier to avoid snacks and stuff like that than it normally is. Been on them for a little over a week now and I've lost 11 lbs. I've got a lot of weight to lose, so that may not be the result everyone gets but it definitely helps. We'll order again no questions about it.

Since I started taking this probiotic akkermansia I have begun to notice I am sleeping better. I used to wake up several times during the night, just in a few days I have not been waking up. I have also noticed I can go longer between meals with constant hunger pangs.
